Young players from Hucknall Sports Football Club were celebrated in style as the U8 and U10 teams held their annual awards presentation at the cinema this week.

 

The event marked a special occasion for the cinema, which has proudly sponsored the grassroots club for the past three years. Staff welcomed the teams, families, and coaches for an evening dedicated to recognising the players' achievements on and off the pitch.

General Manager Kelly said “We were honoured to host the Hucknall Sports teams for their presentation night, supporting grassroots football is something we truly believe in—it’s more than just a game. It’s about building community, encouraging growth, and creating friendships and memories that last a lifetime.”

 

The evening also highlighted the dedication of the club’s volunteer coaches, who were praised for their commitment and tireless efforts throughout the season.

 

As the awards were handed out and highlights from the year celebrated, excitement was already building for the next chapter.
